Ball Flight

Looking for some advise ,help on how to get my ball flight down i have a 6 iron launch of 24 degrees,i swing steep into the ball always have done,any advise?

I think if you're steep into the ball and it's in the middle of your stance, you'll have to accept that you just hit it high.
There are ways of hitting it lower by tweaking but without major swing changes, new shafts/clubs, you'll be hard pushed to make any significant difference.
If you're hitting your 6 iron over 170, why do you want a lower flight?

Stevek I hate you ;)I'd give anything for a high ball flight. I'm having lessons in the off season to try and gain some height, I'll swap you for my low flat flight anytime.

Drawboy move it back a bit and swing into it steep like me :D

Bob want to lower it a bit due it being tad windy in Fife at times :)

To hit it lower you need less launch angle and less spin.
Next time you have 170 into the wind, move the ball back an inch, switch to a 5 or even a 4 and swing gently.
