Balance and posture

Happy new year to you all, i've been toying with the idea of getting some balance discs to help with balance and posture, my question is has anybody tried or used these and what are your opinions and or results if you have?

Are those the thick blue discs on the floor in Mark Crossfield's video's ?

Tried them (well, initially only 1), liked them, bought them, still use them!

Instant feedback - of my tendency to rock forward during downswing. Swing, and putting stroke, feels much more balanced now.

Yes the very same ones, had a bit of a look tonight and think I will buy some.

No. I use them inside - on the landing - with either a putter or a the short grip/tempo trainer.
