Hi All,
I am gutted...got Thursday & Friday booked off work, first days off I've had in ages, the sun is shining and I've been really looking forward to playing a few rounds in the glorious weather.
Trouble is, I've got really bad pain in my lower back (so bad I seriously doubt I'll be playing for a while). Now this is not something I suffer with usually and my question is...
I've recently changed my address position when playing following advice from my golf coach - I've been trying to keep my back straighter and bend more from the hips. Does anyone know if this could've caused my misery - maybe I'm doing it wrong or does this just put more strain on the lower back?
Any advice or just general sympathy would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Marc
