Got to agree with you there Homer, absolutely fantastic from both Weir and Peacock.

Paralympics has certainly come home and what brilliant support they are getting from the 80,000 spectators!

I never really took much notice in years gone by, but London 2012 has been a revelation for "Sport" in general and has opened my eyes as to how great ALL the paralympians are.

Long may it continue!

Was flicking through and caught the Weir race, superb fight and grit to push so hard to get the win.

I think the Paralympians are even more spirit and grace then the Olympians did and they all showed high levels of class. For all the slating some (even me) gave the BOA for its over expenditure and some selections, they have pulled off a superb series of both games and happy to eat my hat.

Really enjoyed it - I think tonight showed just how good these games can be. Hope the world took notice and this years great fantastic event is an inspiration to many others.

Is this the same Homer that posted this just over a week ago?

It seems I'm in a minority then but I can't get excited about it. Maybe because I don't know the athletes as well or some of the sports they play but it isn't getting me interested. Still hope Team GB has a stellar games though
