Was having a discussion about this a couple of days ago, a lot of good quality course have a couple of aspiring or wannabe tour pros playing their course...
A few pros and cons of the situation were discussed,
Raise the profile of the club ( if it’s a good course should it be raised, what are the benefits to the club?).
Do / should they do anything to payback their free / reduced cost membership ?
Do they see it a a right ?
After hitting thousand of balls and tearing up the grass tee.. would it be too much to ask to spend half an hour tidying up or putting down seed?
Thoughts please all ? I have mixed views at the moment...
