ok a bit of a weird one, but after reading a ball review thread someone stated "beware of fakes being sold on ebay"... ive just brough some taylor made Burner TP'a at £21.00 a dozen delivered, im now a bit uneasy that these could be fakes as ive not seen them anywhere cheaper than 30.00 a dozen.

Is it likely at this price their not genuine, or is there any way of checking their genuine?

I think you might be getting confused with the TP Reds they are £25-£35 per dozen depending where you buy from, but the burners are a lot cheeper.
