Decor can be easily rectified and I'd buy it for the studio and practice holes and then decorate to HID's taste (anything for a quiet and happy life)
One near me in farnborough rumoured to belong to an executive fro m&s, 9 hole course, fishing/boating lake with tennis courts. Being inside the m25 I can imagine it being pricey.
There’s Farnborough Kent, which is just below Bromley and well within the M25 or the other Farnborough everyone knows because of the air showsWhich bit of Farnborough is inside the M25?
There’s a place near Ashdown Forest in Sussex which has a private golf course, I’m sure an article somewhere described it as the best course in the world or something, owned by a billionaire and played a handful of times a year.

Ffs today I learned…
Quite a small plot for that money and yet the grounds are high maintenance.
Energy rating is dreadful.
Very low-cost housing as close neighbours.
Dining room is a long way from the kitchen and the lilac walls are disgusting.
Only really 4 bedrooms. Some have low sloping ceilings.
Overpriced by about half a million due to being in the south east.
Avoid.
Paul Fostons place.
Why shouldn’t he make it good?My word. How much is he charging for a lesson?
He's done well for himself.
Why shouldn’t he make it good?
Do you know where every teaching pro lives.?I don't know too many teaching pros living in 2.5million pound houses.
Fair play to him. He's done something right anyway.
Do you know where every teaching pro lives.?
Do you also know what his wife does or his families financial situation?
Whatever his situation, why shouldn’t he make it good for himself and his family?
So you don't think my offer of £500k will swing it then?Where did I say he shouldn't make it good for himself?
Maybe he's the Tony Soprano of Kent. There's good money to be had in waste management too.
Maybe he's wrote a book I've never heard of.
Maybe he comes from money.
Whatever it is. Good luck to him. Lovely house, great place to live. He's done well for himself and his family. Salute
I'd have shattered his reputation. Did my best on the freebieJust imagine the house he could have had if Homer had more than just the free lesson with him
I'd have shattered his reputation. Did my best on the freebie
Good point well made although the lesson was a while ago now so not sure it was all on meMaybe that’s why he’s selling?
Reputation shot, house forsale so downsizing?
