There was a place for sale in Barnet few years ago had a 3 hole golf course attached which sounded amazing
I’d have expected that to be priced a little higher than that, especially given the southeast location.
That said, I still can’t afford it!

One of my mates bought a house with a 9 hole golf course in a nearby village.
Turned out the golf course did not have planning permission so he got quite a bit of the buying price back.

Had a very interesting time with him at the London Club and it looks a great set up. Shame for him it fell through but I am sure someone will step in at some point. Won't be me unless I win the lottery this weekend. I always said should I get a big win I'd love to buy a golf club. I wouldn't run it myself but would get a great team in from GM down to kitchen staff but would love to be involved as a hands off owner.

One near us too, private 9 holer in the gardens. Ok, it’s a 19th century Manor House. Owner plays an annual invitational on it and that’s about it.

One near me in farnborough rumoured to belong to an executive fro m&s, 9 hole course, fishing/boating lake with tennis courts. Being inside the m25 I can imagine it being pricey.
