Anyone for Truvis

I like the look of them, not sure how they would play, but would like to try them and see. I had a mini football(smaller than a tennis ball) similar marks that I used to practice chipping with in the house and the look didnt distract me.

Will be worth trying I suppose, if they help improve your game then why not use them.

Will take a bit of getting used to though, looking down at a mini football :D

Ill try anything once....Its gonna be interesting putting my line on them for putting, though....

What i think they'll be great for is when your trying to pick out a particular dimple on the back of the ball to concentrate on then it will be easier as you'll have a better reference point with some part of the pentagon shape....
Plus you'll also have a good guide if the putter or your wedge play is good as you'll be able to actually see the spin thats imparted on the ball and its direction...

I like any idea to try to make the game easier for us mere mortals.
Interesting to see how much 'better' your ball striking will be??

Best part of £50 for a box of balls once you get stung with the carriage.

Wait until they are more readily available I think.

Would give them a try assuming not too expensive. Saw a few on the seniors tour using them. Noticed some were using the yellow balls, and they are much easier to follow on tv.

well just put my order in for the srixons in blue.
I'll do a review as soon as I get them.
(but £32 quid inc. carriage....gulp!
Won't buy them again until they hit the local shops at a cheaper price.)

They first came to light last year sometime. If I remember Peter Mitchell from the senior tour saw them and got hold of a few. He used them and won the next 2 tournaments with them.
Apparently they contrast better than plain white and are also easier to find in the rough.
