anyone else get hip pain when playing?

so you have been to the doctor and know all about your ailment or, you are asking in a roundabout way for what is wrong with your hip on a golf forum .

not sure its any of your business if ive been to a doctor or not, i asked if anyone else got a sore hip after playing, which a few had.

its as simple as that

and all i said was you would get better info from your doctor about having a sore hip .
i couldnt give a monkeys weather you have seen your doctor or not .

could this be due to the modern fascination of restricting the hip turn?

I find that weird, not sure if you think that. Just sounds a recipe for damage over the years to the poor spine and back unless you are hyper mobile.

Really don't understand it, I like to turn my hips back personally to relieve stress, just as I would if I was throwing a ball or like, let the body flow for max power in my eyes(rightfully or wrongfully).

Since this is a golf forum.....how do I change the radio in a mk5?

I get hip, thigh and predominately lower back pains. My physio tells me to do lots of stretching in between my monthly beating on his couch.:)

Checked out what Amanda suggested it was and it sounds very much like it.

did some stretching today before playing and it def helped. still pain there but not as bad as yesterday

How much before playing did you stretch.
The ones I had been doing were late in the day and involved rolling about on the floor. Can't see me doing that if I ever get in to my new club😉
