Beautiful spring day, sunny but not too warm, gentle breeze to keep you cool but not really a wind. Perfect day for golf at my club today.

Pity im stuck looking after my nephew. Love the wee guy but i can't wait til he's old enough to swing a club and i can take him to the course instead of being frustrated like today.

Bored and frustrated here, wife and kids at in laws long weekend of golf planned and back went on Wednesday! Resting in hope of being able to play tomorrow by which time the sun will probably gone off to hide!

I've been struck down since Wednesday with a severe case of the most debilitating illness known as 'Man Flu'. It had to be a severe case for me to elect not to play in our first society comp on Friday at Ladbrook Park.
Just about beginning to feel the first signs of recovery so hopefully back on the tee soon.

Been watching my lad at an under-8's football tournament today - they went out in the semi on penalties.

A beautiful day for golf, but I'm heartened by the fact I'm off to Woodhall Spa this week when the forecast is almost as good.

Yes and no. Looking after Tiger jnr this weekend so no golf but we've had a great time AND he is now a golf addict. Watched some Masters on the telly and got him practicing with his plastic clubs. He's only 2 and a half but he already wants to get out on a course. ;)

Spent my day mowing the grass, trimming hedges and cutting down a bush which seemed to be more like a full grown tree...Oh yeah, i then had to take it all to the tip.

My daughter's birthday today so family and BBQ.

Very relaxed day - would have loved to be out but I have been the last 3 days on the bounce (probably the first time I have ever done this) so was good to take a break and reflect on my scores.

Had to have a few beers to forget some holes also

Played football on friday night and acquired a huge blister (that burst) on my foot meaning I had to not only watch the glorious sunshine rather than play golf, I also had to go to Huddersfield, which was altogether too much.
