Snainton Golf have the Cleveland 588 Forged @ £69.99 in Chrome or Black Nickel. Lovely wedges, great feel & control.

P.S. No connection to Snaintons

directgolf has got some cleveland cg 16 wedges for 46 pounds. Got one myself and am really enjoying it :)

These are great wedges you can track down slightly cheaper on fleabay with pro shops selling end of line stock in preparation for the 588 rtx coming soon.

I keep looking, i am in the market for 2 new wedges, i have an AG gift voucher though, so will have to buy from there. I cant decide which i want though!!

My bag is TM through and through, so the easy choice is the ATV. however, when i eventually change driver i am going Callaway..

Do i stick with TM ATV, do i look at the Callys? or what my pro would tell me to buy and arguably the most popular and best rated Vokeys... Agghhhh!!!!

Don't be driven by brand loyalty (Says he  )

Get down to AG and hit a few. See what you think gives the best weight, contraol, fell etc.

I know thats the right thing to do, but i am in the same position as you being a brand whore!! I think I am a bit OCD, so having 2 clubs that are different might lead to psychological issues on the course. I don't want them to feel like the ginger step son...

I can't remember who - sure someone else will remember - but you can get 3 Adams Tom Watson wedges for £99

Would highly recommend these, I've got the 52 and 56 in my bag. Got a very classic head shape and great feel.

Note: No attachment to DG as I bought mine elsewhere, but I liked them so much i've just replaced them like for like. Just wish i'd seen this offer first!

I bought a 4 hybrid burner 2.0, and had a 3 hybrid ping G5. After a couple of rounds with both in the bag, it became apparent I could hit the burner a lot better and felt a lot more confident about it than the G5. Immediately sold the G5 and got a Burner 2.0 3 hybrid. So it can be an issue with 2 different clubs from the same 'family'.

However, I think wedges and irons aren't quite in the same 'family' so you could get away with different wedges than irons.
