The GM team are off out to Abu Dhabi this weekend and alongside all the traditional interviews and tuition pieces we'll be putting some more offbeat questions to Tour pros

We have a big bank of them but always looking for some new ones

to give you a flavour of the type of questions we're after here are four of ours

Have you ever been in a position when you'd rather not find your first ball ( and continue with your provisional instead) and marshals, spectators, etc are "helping" to look for it?

What goes through your mind?
 
Back 9, Sunday afternoon, you're close to the lead and your playing partner, who is also in the mix, has a meltdown and starts haemorrhaging shots. Are you thinking 'Poor sod, I wouldn't wish that on anyone', or 'You beauty! That's one down!'?

Who would win a European Tour Royal Rumble?
 
How often do you change your wedges ?

Do you change the 14 chosen clubs in ur bag to suit different course ? or are they the same 14 week in week out on all courses ?

How often do you change your grips ?

If your game is off a bit , do you work on it with ur caddy or straight to your coach ?

Do you have a mind coach & why (to either answer )

Is there anytime you look at the draw & go oh no not him? name names if you like but id say most wont ..

What was the opinion on the mens tour re the Solheim (sp) cup gimme that wasn't ? would you have seen it as a gimme ?

If the "big" name players committed more to the European tour do u think the fans ,then in turn the big sponsors would return in bigger numbers like the British Masters last year ?

Favourite type od course ? Short but tight - long but open - Links - parkland ?

Should there be more links golf on tour ?

What type grass do you prefer or any type you realy dislike ?

Is there's one single thing(or most important thing) that from a junior to where you are now allowed you to develop the swing speed you now have?
