I met her at machester Victoria station in the 80,s when I work there as a train driver , most railway story lines were filmed there , heavy smoker she was even in those days , very sad day ,RIP , not see the 42 years on one show much in the modern day
We are going to have stuffed marrow for tea as part of a memorial service. First Blanche, then Ken's "absence" now this! and don't even start on "Tracy love's" problems...
This is very sad news, but I have noticed that whenever she has been remembered (either as Anne or Deirdre) over the past couple of days, everyone has done so with a smile. I guess that is the best legacy any of us can hope for.
