an early release diagnosed with teh mizuno fitting club. Help :(

I was being fitted with the mizuno fitting unit and the club said that I had a very early release, which i thing i already knew. I think its causing me to loose a lot of control and power from my shots. Can anyone help me with some tips to stop this or work on improving it please? Its causing me to hit the ball way to high aswel

Learn the correct impact position for the hands/arms/club shaft.

From the top of your swing think about getting your hands in front of the ball BEFORE you even try to hit it, which helps you to retain the angle in your right wrist on the downswing..... a bit like this.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0vC7ZrFbP0
