That had golf depot written all over it. Only had one problem with hot golf. I ordered some grips and I chased delivery 11 days later and they said they where waiting for stock!!!!

Aye. They have been a bit clearer since I explained the value of comms in a nice email - and had they said exactly what they said on day one I'd have been totally cool with it.

It makes such a huge difference. A little bit of communication treating us like an adult if something goes wrong, most people are content to ride it out.

Indeed - most people are basically reasonable, they just want to know what their expectations should be.

Update. Got an email from DPD telling me that my parcel was coming today - and they were bang on time too. Three lovely Callaway wedges...but despite being assured, no balls. Had to email them again to find out that contrary to the earlier statement, they were on back order and would be another week. I want to give them a break - not least because the wedges are sooooooo nice and at a great price - but why not just be honest about it????

Ooh..that's why I order only from my friend's store. With that kind of service you better off spending your money and time here casino because with this you at least won't have to spend your days talking to those guys.
