I am looking to go to the Algarve staying in Vilamoura old town next spring 2021

What are the best courses to play in that area?

The Old course is the best I've played in the area

The best 6 courses within 20 minutes of Vilamoura, all of which are truly fantastic courses (in my humble opinion) are :

San Lorenzo
Old Course, Vilamoura
Quinta do Lago North Course
Quinta do Lago South Course
Quinta do Lago Laranjal Course
Vale do Lobo Royal Course

Then, I would say next best are Victoria Course at Vilamoura, and Vila Sol in Vilamoura. Ocean Course at Vale do Lobo too.

At the cheaper end of the scale are the likes of Millenium, Pinhal, Laguna etc.

And San Lorenzo, Quinta do Lago, and Vale do Lobo send a driver to pick you up and return you back to Vilamoura too.
