Ahhh help!

Hi guys,

I really need some help with drills, i play cricket along with golf and have been told that i don't "release" my wrists and finish high enough.

Just wondering if anyone has some decent drills to do with this as im really struggling to adapt to my game!

A video of your swing would help.
