My elderly father uses one of these which is great for him to get around the course with his rather nimbler pals.

Trouble is his golf club has no large item store age facilities so each time he has to load and unload from his car.

the buggy is actually very heavy and unfortunately he is now struggling to pick the thing up to load up.

I am thinking about buying some sort of tracks or ramp that he may be able to use to wheel the cart up into the car perhaps with the battery still fitted so it "motors up".

I was wondering if anyone else may have encountered a similar challenge and may be able to share their own solutions ?

any advice greatly appreciated

thanks

Might be worth trying one of these pet superstores as you can buy very sturdy ramps for dogs to get in and out of cars. Not sure what sort of width they go up to though.

May not be practical but how about a trailer - they are numerous types about, similar to those used to carry motorcycles.

Plenty car showroom/garages deal with the mobility car scheme which obviously includes the scooters and loading/unloading

Might be worth checking locally to see if their ramps/loaders are suitable for the hillman
