What is the handicap limit on the courses for both men and women? Taaaa

From St Andrews Links website:

Handicap Certificates
The only course which requires a handicap certificate is the Old Course. The maximum handicap is 24 for men and 36 for ladies. A valid certificate from the relevant home golf club must be presented to the Starter before play. A letter of recommendation will not be accepted.

You get a small goody bag and it includes a course planner, some tees, pencil and a pitch mark tool.
