Watch them I have had three pairs of theses since christmas and they are shite kept on wearing away at the heel on the inside.

Mine worn in the same place, good ol' duct tape.
I think the problem lies in that many of the manufacturers use synthetic lining, with the leather lining the heel does not wear through.
Very comfy shoes, really light, but naff quality. Even the quality of the leather used by adidas is very poor

Very very very poor IMO to spend that much on a pair of shoes then have to use duct tape on them, I have a pair of FJ icons now and so far they have been the best pair of shoes I have ever had

I got the tour 360 ltd with the leather lining after hearing numerous stories about the 4.0 wearing in the heel and a disastrous first foray into footjoys!
Had them a few months now and can't recommend them enough. Really comfy and completely waterproof even in the worst of the rain recently.
Not sure I'd be spending 80/90 notes on some shoes and putting duct tape in them!

Same here. Rubbed through to some hard plastic,which then gave me blisters. I swapped them for some of the new footjoy sport, which are great.

I have had two pairs of Adidas now. First pair was Adipure and the second pair I have just binned are the Adi Comforts.
Absolute shite.
Wear away so fast its ridiculous.
I play quite a bit, but I reckon my Deadstock Gazelles' would have stood up against the conditions better than those purpose build Adishite.

i am wearing these shoes and would not recomend them to anyone i got my pair brand new for the first summer comp and the heel is knackered all ready footjoy will be my next purchase

I've had two pairs of 4.0s (Both split on the inside) and currently have a set of adipures. But as said, they get very hot in the warmer weather.
I just like the look of them, they are comfortable but do not last long.
I'd happlily take recommendations but not that looks fuddy duddy, or like a chavs trainer (I.e puma golf shoes)

After my third pair of 4.0 went I decided to get FJ icons which have been the best shoe I have had. They are expensive but worth only thing is like the adipures they do get a bit warm but not uncomfortably so.
