Completely agree Imurg, that's pro-active problem solving by Mark, fair play to him.

For what it's worth, I have never had any issues with Direct Golf and have always enjoyed a decent service, despite not being in the UK.

What's great is it was addressed. I had an issue with Hastings direct. Had a rant in out of bounds about it, their national media sales manager logs on, types a most professional answer pretending to be bothered. So I contacted him by email as requested, he confirmed receipt of the email and nothing got done.

It's easy to register and pretend to be be bothered, it's even better that the issue was addressed

And they will have my custom a lot more maybe I was used to the easiness of my pro getting me things as I've never really bothered with retail shops only for little things but I have now been transformed thanks very much
