A sin I know but advice please about getting HID set up

Hi just booked the summer hols for me and HID and there is a decent course near so would like to play now the wife as said she would like to try the game abroad...... So Before we go lessons are required but she as no kit.

However I have a set of Nike slingshot irons gathering dust if I get these shortened will these be suitable? Or are womens clubs so different?

Have a chat with your local pro and ask if she can borrow a club.
The length isnt too much of a problem but the shaft may be a little whippier.
Some pros also have ladies group clinics which cost a fraction of one-one lessons.

I started with something similar and they were fine and not a huge investment in something I may easily have quit !!

Our pro has group lessons for beginners and they provide a 7 iron which I think they keep.

Hope the OP missus enjoys the game - HID has never played so much golf since I got totally hooked :fore:
