Browsing this book in a charity shop yesterday. It dates from 1951.

I found I'd played 4 of the 18 courses which are all within Great Britain. Aberdovey, Carnoustie, Harlech, North Berwick. But only ever once.
The courses are described in alphabetical order.
So could we come up with a more up to date list within GB which would constitute a round of 18 courses. Obviously new ones have been opened since.
