I have played a few courses on the isle but never Cowes, I liked Freshwater best that was a real test in wind and rain!

I am hoping to sort a gathering at Barton-on-Sea in September maybe you could make that as can probably see the flags from your bedroom window?

Freshwater is a nice course but i do think Sandown just slightly pips it for entertainment value. Especially when planes come in to land as you tee off. You hit a skied drive and you'll be knocking the planes out of the sky lol

Definately be up for the mainland jaunt be nice to sample some courses on foreign soil. Do i need my passport to cross the solent? and do i need to be quarantined for 5 days just to make sure i don't pass any exotic diseases on?
