A loose impediment?

Out of bounds boundary wall has crumbled and a large broken boulder part of the wall is in my swing path. Will take a fair dunt to move it but could get it out of the way. I take I treat this as a loose impediment?

As it was part of an wall it is now a movable obstruction but the relief is virtually the same. Just move it out of the way. Unlike a loose impediment it doesn't matter if your ball moves, just replace the ball.
