A beautiful Stack and Tilt swing.....

looked like a push to me also, maybe it came back?
looks efficient, and compact, not much could go wrong, but not a thing of beauty in my eyes, donald, mcilroy, couples, are all good to watch for me.

Wow, I've been working on this for months. (Steeper shoulder turn and posture generally)

It started with Bob talking to me for a few holes about my terrible lateral movement, and ended up with some drills from my pro.

Although I've been off the course for 4 weeks, I had been playing very consistent golf and on video I was moving far less.....

The original video just makes me think about a classic ford gt40, in gulf racing colours. Pastel orange shirt, pastel blue trousers. Nice combo.

What was he doing again?

If thats the case then the OP is not S n T. Both swing are real flat, just stop their swings on the way back when the club is horizontal to the ground.

The guy at the top you can see that the club comes up on plane, pretty much stays in front of the legs, certainly the right knee, not the case with Kooch...

...on the right is Brad Faxon who features on the S&T Ver2.0 DVD.

His swing is the same as Mat Kutcher's, it's a one plane or Rotary swing.

A one plane swing has the spine bent over further, the club is taken back with the left arm tight to the chest and the right arm pulling backbehind the right shirt seam. The left arm is almost parellell with the shoulder plane at the top. The body stays centered throughout the swing with a slightly wider stance to assist with stability, in the downswing the hips are very active and the arms stay loose and passive as they whip around the torso while maintaining the close connection of the forearms to the chest.

It is a swing with few moving parts but relies on good rotation.

The attached videos by Jeff Ritter shows a typical one plane swing. Jeff has some very goog videos on YouTube explaining the one plane swing along with many other aspects of golf. I like his style:

This is probably one of favourite swing

Don't you think it looks easy/balanced/controlled/smooth....

Thoughts........

I'm more of a classical swing man. This looks abbreviated and robotic. I'm sure the results and consistency are great, it just isn't flowing enough for me - too mechanical! :)

Socket,...

would it help if you saw it from the front?

(to be honest though I'm just guessing that's the same guy) LOL

Your vid is a S&T swing but I am not sure if its the same as the OP's Vid. S&T and the One Plane swing have a number of similarities though and it's true that a view from the front will show the differencies
