Not aware of any other than the 15mb pdf. I suspect if you want a 'skinny' version you'll need to edit it down. Possibilities are to use a PDF editor or do a conversion to Word (plenty offer that service free on the web) and then edit out what you don't want in the doc.
As I get around to it, I will also create electronic copies of the 2023 Cttee Procedures and the Clarifications so they are electronically searchable - it is the only way to get a comprehensibly searchable document.
but there again if you cannot read you would not be able to read what I have just written.
