2010 Shot of the Year??

I'll second that Alan an amazing shot but from a guy that you expect that type of shot from.

As an aside the way Martin Kaymer played the play off in the USPGA,while Bubba Watson was intent on smashing his driver Kaymer stuck to his game plan and hit the right shots.

Shot of the year????

Not even close to a certain Steve Kemlo managing to go out of bounds right off of the first tee at Machrihanish!

How the f#(k he managed that I will never ever know in a million years but it must have been a belter to reach the tarmac!

:D ;)

I was trying to open up the green to leave 100 yards to the flag, as hackers we dont do that often enough,i just flushed it and it went slightly to far :D :D :D :D :D

When Screwback and I stood on the 1st tee at Machrahanish we couldn't believe that you had knocked it OB......we thought it must have been a wind up post!

No mate it was all true as the above explanation says :) :) :).Its something that was picked up in my lesson last i think i'm aiming on the target but i'm actually aiming miles right, need to get my eyes tested me thinks :o

The forumer in the group behind us at Beau Desert's 9th, 250 yard drivable par 4, stiffed it to an inch.

In terms of the pro's, Mickleson's 2nd at 13 at Augusta, or I really enjoyed McIlroy's stiff a flop shot off a tight lie from behind the green at the road hole at St Andrew's. Not sure if that was at the Open or the Dunhill.

I'm with those who refer to Rory's final round at Quail Hollow. The 2nd shot into the par 5 to setup a great chance at eagle was in my mind but seeing the video and that final putt at 18. Two quality shots. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVrCR6Bt-4k

Phil's 2nd to 13 at Augusta was quality but he shouldn't have been in the tree's to hit it from there in the first place ;)

Viscount17 bunker shot at 18 in the GM Ryder cup match at Goswick to turn certain defeat in to victory(with a little help from StuartD :D)edges out Phils iron from the pine straw at the Masters...(Phil didn't hole the putt)
