The end of this week when the chaos has settled down in hospitality.
I work for a software developer who provides EPOS, order and pay and other solutions to hospitality. As per usual everyone has left all their updating til the last minute and I was working til 1am the last two nights. More of the same much of this week as well I suspect, to try and assist customers as much as possible so they’re up and running.
Golf next weekend, all being well and I’m getting my haircut on Thursday ?
Massive queue at the barbers in town already. They are all opening late so hoping for a haircut after work. Need some new shoes for work so can get them now. Not a big fan of the booked tables etc bit for the pub so may be a while before I head there. Gym tomorrow.
The time in May when we can sit indoors for tea and cake. It is 3°C up here and the thought of sitting outside is not appealing.
Get up to 12-15°C, no wind, and I will feel differently and the answer will be walking the dog at the weekend and stopping for a cuppa at the end or part way around.
Since I'm playing golf with my old man tomorrow afternoon, looking forward to being able to have a pint afterwards, albeit outside in the cold. I would say I'm looking forward to getting a haircut, but as a bloke it's not really something I "look forward to" as such.
Oh, I nearly forgot, as gyms are now open we have badminton booked again tonight, I'm very much looking forward to that.
Gym after work and haircut on Friday. Also got Captains drive in on Saturday so looking forward to sitting on patio having a pint and dissecting the round with the rest of our group
I'm staying at home. I was smart enough to stockpile my Primark underpants some time ago so I shouldn't need to visit until Autumn by which time the queues should have subsided.
