I hope he plays and I can't understand anyone not wanting the world number 1 to play, he is and has been the best golfer over the last 15 yrs (is he the best ever, thats another topic)so if he doesn't play the feild is weaker.
Any wedge with clean grooves should stop the right ball, as long as you hit it well. To me the ball and the contact are the most important things in getting a ball to stop.

We were open up until the 3rd of Jan had a bit of snow since but major frost so can't see any courses over here being open until the cold nap lifts
I think overstamp means that they will have pbranding on them such as barclays bank etc should still be conforming, I think the rejected xxxx out balls have to be sold as rejects.
