What a cracking match….

I got lost at Sherwood Forest G.C. (only joking) However the most confusing course was at Flamborough Head. We had to ask the members a couple of times to point us in the right direction. Great course in a stunning location.

The best Sky deal I ever got was when I spoke to one of their staff who was a golfer and supported the same team as me. I’ve never managed to get such a big discount since.

Yes it does roll off; however as it has spikes on the bottom you can get it horizontal and reasonably secure.

Twice a week, all year round, unless on holiday or the course is closed. That’s the pleasure of being retired.

Why wouldn’t you get your waterproofs on, your brollie up and get out there. Besides I couldn’t stand the ridicule from the other chaps for not turning up.

There’s no way I would allow the club to willingly track me on the course.

We go live with compulsory mats tomorrow. The whole course apart from hazards. I’m not a purist, and play for fun with my mates, therefore I’m quite happy about it. Our club is on flat parkland, and liable to flooding as we are close to the River.

I hate cold weather; however I couldn’t stand a slow round even more.
