I’ve seen a set of Ping G Irons at a very reasonable price, they are Blue dot. According to the latest Ping dot colour chart I come out as Orange dot, would the difference between Blue & Orange be Minimal or would it be too much?
Apart from Ping irons do most other golf club manufactures all have a standard lie angle, if so would these be equivalent to the Ping Black dot (Standard lie angle). If so would most people be able to comfortably play with a set of Ping Black dot irons?
I hit a slice regularly off the tee. Anyone out there own or tried either the Ping G30 SF Tec or the Cobra King F7 Driver. Wandering what your thoughts are.
Had a severe pain in my left elbow for the last 3 weeks, finally went to my GP and as suspected he diagnosed Medial Epicondylitis, more commonly known as Golfers Elbow. Anyone ever had this and how long were you out of golfing action for?
Where do you live? I've just picked up a pair of 'Nike Lunar Control Vapours' (designed and worn by Rory McIlroy) from the Nike shop at Junction 32 Retail Outlet nr Castleford for £24.50 (£120 new last year).
I always score all my rounds, it's the only true way of knowing your actual ability. I have a friend who plays off 6 who NR on 5 or 6 holes when in comps, if he was to play out these holes his scorecard would resemble one of a much higher handicapper. In my opinion counting every shot and...
You know the fairway bells that you ring to let players behind know the fairway is clear, well I hit a shot from about 150 yards away from one which hit the top of the bell post and rebounded back about 75 yards. Is this just bad luck and the ball should be played from where it lies or is there...
I am currently using the Golfshake app to record my scores and track my handicap. When adding a round I get the choice of 'Strokeplay Handicap' or 'Strokeplay Gross' can someone tell me what the difference is please ?
Every round of golf counts for me whether it's social or competition, so I suppose what i'm getting at is if you played a par 70 in a comp and shot 80 (10 over) and then played 4 more social rounds and shot 100 (30 over) in theory you would have averaged 96 (26 over) but because you discarded...
I always record ALL of my rounds good, bad or abysmal on a handicap tracker so i have a true account of my ability. How many golfers i wonder who have a really poor round just discard the round and don't record it thus protecting their handicap. I would imagine there are 1,000's of golfers out...
