Thanks for the feedback. I'll try the warm-up/stretching of arm & wrist to see if that loosens things before playing again. And definitely will bring club with me to physio as you suggest if still troubling me after next time - kinda obvious ocnce you say it!!

My problem is in wet bunkers. I try and get cute and try to just clip the ball off surface and sometims tend to take a little sand and then leave it in bunker. Would you have any advice on how to change stroke when sand is damp or very wet?

thought that after hitting 1st in rough, you can declare the 2nd as provitional in case 1st ball is lost or is unplayable. doesn't this give you the choice to play the 2nd ball (i.e. with penalty) if you deem the 1st ball unplayable if found? This was said to me during a recent matchplay...
