I ordered a size bigger than normal so hopefully that helps with them being more narrow.
My current shoes are Nike and they are really hard and sore on the sole of the foot.
Struggling since taking up golf to get the correct movements in the hips & they seem very tight.
Just wondering is there any recommended exercises that could be done at home to try and improve the flexibility.
