I contacted Powakaddy UK and they said the same thing, 2 years only. The distributer down here is also the retailer. It was purchased in 2022.

Had the same problem with my CT8. I had 2 batteries, one worked fine the other was hard to install and remove. The gray handle seemed to work fine on both. That left only one thing, misaligned electrical connectors. Took the base plate off the trolley, removed the motor and axle, removed the 3...

The gray latch on the battery is easily replaced. Not sure if they sell that piece but even one from an old battery will work. I would inquire at the repair centre.

I wish the button was my only problem. 3 years old and only used 4 times in the first 2 years. Had 2 XL batteries and one turned on by itself and won’t turn off. Had to send it to Golf Warehouse repair center, told me the warranty was 2 years an I need to buy a new battery at full price ($750)...

Don’t really believe it’s tampering. 6 screws to open it and the plugs are right there, easy to unplug. But I can see how they would say the warranty is void. In saying that what company does stand behind their products.

I don't care about the light itself but I am concerned if has a BMS and it's telling me the battery might burst into flames.

My CT8 with an XL battery is only 2 years old and hasn’t been used very much. I have 2 batteries and one turned itself on and I can’t turn it off. It’s fully charged tho. I took the cover off and disconnected the on off switch and the green light stayed off, but several hours later it was back...

I recently purchased a Powakaddy CT8 with the large GPS screen. Is a screen protector a good investment for this. Thanks.
