your other sports/ hobbie's/ interests, what are they?

Who Chris??

I played football for 23 years, mostly 1 tier below the conference. Now I've jacked in, I find it hard to even watch a game now.

We're talking County league in Kent but we are doing well with all 5 of our senior sides and we have several kids teams. I've played and then helped run the club for about 40 years with other dedicated guys. Check out WWW.bromleygreen.co.uk

Chris

Scuba diving when time allows, mainly on holiday.

Motorbikes is the main thrill away from Golf. Over to Northern Ireland to watch the NW200 and all the MotoGP races on TV. M8 is in Australia now and has invited me down in Oct to see MotoGP at Phillip Island. Just need to rob a bank lol

Hopefully soon I'll get another bike myself and get a few more track days in. Loads of amazing roads in Scotland to take in some scenery and grind an inch down on the slider. Oh and avoiding the traffic Police trying to hide in a tree wearing a High Viz jacket, bellend !!

Used to play just about everything but age got in the way. Now I spectate/Tv most sports. Apart from that its motorbikes. I sold my Honda VFR800 a short while ago and now can't make up my mind between a Kawasaki Z1000, Yamaha FZ1 or a Triumph Street Triple. HID thinks I should go for a sports car but that would mean no more leathers!!

Skiing at least once a year and before my daughters were born scuba diving but as I seem to pick expensive hobbies I stick to the golf and a trip to the snow now!! Drifted away from football in recent years just do it for me anymore.

Used to skateboard a lot and travel all over the country to do it. Still got my board but kinda got sick of it as it all got a bit too serious and it took the fun out of it.

Into walking/climbing, still do it now and again but not as much as I like due to a lot of people I used to go with. Having family's now and not having the time to do it.

Pretty much done most sports and picked them up pretty easily but then always seem to hit a brick wall and end up loosing interest.

Having two daughters have been dragged into the world of horses - weekends are given over to taking them and their pony and horse to showjumping and eventing competitions.

Main hobby is woodworking

Started with Rugby, No 8. Like all good South Westerners (Janners) did some sailing. Became a Squash-head for many years and played at county level, when my knees gave in to that I became a Golf-head and live and die this great game.

HID and I are fair jive dancers and enjoy showing off on the dance floor when we can. Recently I have been considering either joining the Golf clubs 'Bridge Club' or sticking pins in my eyes. It's a close run thing.

i play football saturday afternoon an sunday morning golf saturday morning also train twice a week also love course fishing in the summer used to race motocross till i snapped all ligaments in my knee an rugby before for the HUNSLET OLD BOYS ARLFC an BRAMLEY BUFFALOES

Im into rugby, and end up training 4 times a week and then a game on sat. I sometimes get out on the golf course on a sunday to wind down a little and to walk off some of the knocks.

Like a few people i like to course fish with a few of my mates in the summer. So i can be quite busy sometimes with that all.

Bridge is my passion. I am playing 2 to 3 times a week in league and club games as well as directing National and local events. I have competed in international competition, too. Occasionally I am analysing and commenting international tourneys. E.g. I commented the bridge equivalent of the Ryder Cup, the Warren Buffet Cup, two years ago. The Cup is held a couple of months before the golf thing, unfortunately Europe lost that match comprehensively.
