Yorkshire puddings not a pudding.

A twist, i saw my local baguette shop advertising roast beef yorkshire pudding wraps! Sound awesome!! Roast beef, horseradish sauce, gravy in a flat yorkie and wrapped up! I am so getting one next time i'm in town!

There's been a stall doing the rounds n Newcastle at various open air events, where you can buy Yorkshire pudding wraps, there was one last year at the Christmas Market. They call them Yorkshire pudding wraps, but it's just really a pancake mix on a griddle cooked flat like a tortilla.

I saw such a stand at the recent Alnmouth Food Festival. It was as you described, not really a Yorkshire pudding. The combination was nice though and trying to sell them as pancake wraps would not really work so I can see where they are coming from.

Iceland used to microwave Yorkshire pudding wraps about 4 years ago. Beef or chicken and stuffing. Lived off them at work.

I have Yorkies with cheese and ham as a wrap quite often. I make sure they are soft and half inch thick, almost part cooked!
