Does anyone practice yoga to help with their golf?
I find it helps with posture and keeps my dodgy back in decent shape so that I can swing well.
Interested to see if many golfers use yoga or such to help their golf?
For what its worth I would recommend it.

I generally do a 30 minute session 3 times a week and I will do a bit around an hour and a half before I play of time allows.
I am by no means an expert but luckily have a mate who is and he puts me right.
There are some decent sessions on YouTube too that are worth looking at.

Always meant to. I try to run regularly also, so a bit of Yoga would do me the world of good. Great for core strength and flexibility, which can help with both golf and running.

I injured my back and was recommended yoga as a way of helping with the pain etc. Now I find it helps with pretty much every physical activity I do but especially my posture, core strength and flexibility.

I do the 4 min plank daily and use the foam roller and ab roller but somehow I pulled a hammy using it lol.

Lad I know runs one and it kills him off, his golf has gone up from 8 to 11 😱

Any type of stretching along with core strength and flexibility will help with golf and general fitness.

I find Yoga very difficult as im as flexible as a scaffold pole.

I do a bit when I feel like it but would benefit from being more disciplined

The Titleist TPI website (http://www.mytpi.com/exercises) has loads of good exercises

Personally I find foam rolling (calves, glutes, hamstrings, IB band, back) beneficial and feel it increases my range of motion
