On eBay you can pick up the tools but they're only from US sellers. That said the pictures look very similar to any if the driver adjustment tools so you could give that a go.

I have a "yes" putter C-Groove Dianna with variable weighting. The weight at the heel of the putter is loose and I do not have a proper tool to tighten it. When I try to do it I cannot get it tight enough to stay and it "rattles." Any suggestions?

Is it not a standard 'Torx' bit? You could pick up a cheap set from the likes of Machinemart or Amazon.
