World is on fire

Is the correct answer.

Or possibly arson, as a large percentage of these fires are turning out to be. I'm in no way a climate change denier and work in the renewable energy industry, mainly offshore wind farms, but the scare stories about all these fires being due to climate change is getting ridiculous. Climate change is having a massive detrimental effect on our planet, but in a large percentage of these fires they are being started deliberately. Is this climate change activists trying to control the narrative or something else?

I’m sure arson is part of it, as well as natural wildfires that are just part of nature’s cycle.

But the conditions that allow the wildfires to be so ferocious and cover such a vast area are the result of climate change.

Exactly this. Perfect conditions for fire to spread, people that want to start fires (although some are accidental) and to complete the perfect storm, just the right type of swirling high winds to keep them going and spread them further.

TLDR: Climate change has caused the perfect conditions for fire, people have started the fires.

Yes arson for sure in some places. Climate change is providing the conditions for these fires to rage.

I would love to know how people can speak with certainty that many of these fires are started deliberately.
Clearances in the Amazon perhaps. but looking at Canada and Australia I doubt it.
