I went all of yesterday without buying anything on ebay!


No new hybrid heads, no new putters (X2 so far), no new hybrid shafts, no new shafts, no new grips, no new golf shirts, no lead tape, no golf trousers (X2)!!!!


Nuffin, nuffin at all yesterday. Being off work and not being able to golf is an expensive hobby. What I'm saving on petrol I'm making up for on ebay.

Can I go 48 hours or longer??????

(Maybe I'll just take a wee look at wedges again..... )

WooHoo indeed. I've just learned that my Electricity supplier has been charging me at the wrong rate since Feb 2006! They now owe me an interesting amount.

I am therefore heading for Designer Golf this evening for Le Fit Part deux - les bois

as I shall be on Majorca all next week, they will be there awaiting me on my return (and making their debut at Grimsby).

Went up to Perth for a meeting this morning, was a bit early and decided to kill time I'd just pop into Nevada Bob's off the roundabout on the A9 for a look about. Had a test drive of all the putters as you do, poked and prodded at various nice things and in a moment of weakness ended up buying a pair of Nike trousers.

Just had to buy something golfy, sad really.
