TIGER WOODS' return to the golf course in Dubai has coincided with a National Enquirer report that he wants to reunited with his former wife Elin Nordegren.

The report claims he proposed to her over Christmas and offered he a ring. And supposedly Nordegren is considering the proposal, but has demanded a $350 million anti-cheating clause added to a pre-nuptial agreement.

Woods and Nordegren have two children but split when it emerged that Woods' had engaged in string of affairs and she subsequently attacked him with a golf club.

"The guy has never recovered from being dumped by Elin. He's dated lots of models and bimbos, but none of them were more than a one night stand," the National Enquirer's source said.

She'd be mad - never know what you've got til it's gone Tiger and in her shoes I'd be gone! He may well be the type that is never dumped and can't handle it - soon get bored if he gets her back and assuages his ego.

Unless the thought of a sure fire $350 million is tempting her.

Having typed that I've had a Miranda moment and keep saying "assuages" - lovely word that :o
 
I wouldn't be surprised if she took him back. The kids would probably be the main beneficiaries and he and she can live more or less separate lives most of the time. Tiger probably still has aspirations to rehabilitate his image and build a career for after his active PGA Tour career and a pretty blonde wife who has forgiven him (albeit for a king's fortune) is very good for the image.

He was a serial cheat though and his game is nowhere near what is was since it all came out, I do think this is just slow news day, so lets make something up type

Agree with this totally. I'd give up any amount of money to have my kids back in my life daily.

Perhaps he just wants to be happy an despite what he did feels like the time he was happiest is with her ad the kids before he started his antics. If its what they want and and she can see beyond his past transgression and feel they have a chance to be happy together then I say good on them go for it. Personally I couldn't forgive someone for cheating but its their life so wish them well if its true
 
It kind of seems a win win. He gets a stunning woman and his family back and she gets a payday that makes McIlroys deal at Nike seem like peanuts if (when) he gets caught playing away. If it wasn't the National Enquirer running the story I might have thought it had some credence
