Seems you have a mahoosive gap at the top end of your bag, how many irons do you carry? It's too late in the evening for me to figure what you carry if you have a 24 deg hybrid - thats a 'normal' 4 iron replacement

yep the 23° is instead of having a 4 iron, so yep there is a gap at the top of my bag buy really only want to buy one more club (for now

If I want to carry an extra wedge then I drop either the 3 or 5 wood, which one goes would epend on the nature of the course I was going to play and how well the driver was behaving.
I still think you need to check the lofts of your irons - if they are as strong as you suggest then it seems to me that you might be able to drop one of your 'standard' irons at some point too.

Think you may be right there think the way i may end up going is to drop my 5 iron which is close to my 23° and I hit the hybrid far better than my 5, so I may end up dropping that for a 3 wood in the end and go for a 5 wood to fill the gap first.
