What wildlife do you see on your course?
Today's bag ( lovely sunny day ) was 5 buzzards and 3 roe deer. Who could say that golf courses are not wildlife friendly.

H/C 14.4 ( not long to 15! )

In a couple of the ponds we often get ducks and the odd swan now again. Artic Skuas, Oyster catchers, rabbits, Orkney voles. Not striclty on the course but as the back nine runs beside the sea you can see seals, dolphins now and again. I've even seen a pod of killer whales.

Killer whales? OK, you win. :D

It was a couple of years ago and I've never seen any since but it was one of the most impressive sights I've ever seen.

The odd aligator according to the website ? Deer, fox, badger, woodpeckers and many other birds. We have bird boxes everywhere, but so far i have not hit one. ;)

In the summer we get adders !!!!!!!!! :( :( :( We also get a lot of dogs and horses, but that's because we have a bridle path running through the course.

We've got the bog standard birdlife, plus a heron, moorhens, two egyptian geese (presents to Ron Noades from Al Fayed apparently!), woodpeckers, a fox, moles (damn it!) and the odd deer every now and again. Plus the UK's only poisonous snake, the adder!

The local youth! :D

Come the summer airhorn kid will be out and hiding in the woods by the 5th green.

He gets better at timing the "Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep" every year.

And too many dog walkers, don't mind the ones that actually stop when you are about to hit a ball but the ones that keep on walking.

At Tain i've seen; Ospreys, Gosshawks, rabbits, oystercatchers, Kerlewys, lapwings, yellowhammers, skylarks, badgers, foxes, pink footed geese, sparrowhawks, buzzards, redkites and sheep.!

At Torvean, deer, buzzards, redkites, seaguls, oiks.

Nairn, crows, seaguls dolphins, pigs, spanyards, english. :D

Parrots ? :D Heard of parrots in one of the parks in London, but didn't know they had reached the Royal county.
