Where does it hurt?

No worries welcome anytime just give me a shout

How long will you be out with that?

Knees just an inconvenience really, shouldn't be a big problem, I hope!!

Can use it as an excuse for my handicap skyrocketing this year

Only one way your hcap is going pal and it ain't up :one:
It looks like up to 9 months so fingers crossed for being ok for start of next season.

I have type 2 diabetes which doesn't really affect my golf other than making sure I do have something to eat and drink during a round.

Other than that I have minor long standing back, neck and shoulder issues for which I have regular, preventative physio treatment. I also occasionally get a little bit of plantar fasciitis in my right heel, nothing that a couple of painkillers won't sort though!

Sorry to hear that big man :(

If you can fit it in before any op give me a shout for a game

I've got bursitis in my knee as one of the screws from a previous reconstruction has come loose..... Need an op to whip the screw out at some point I think, hopefully won't be too long out or I'll put it off til the autumn if I can as doesn't cause me pain.

Always knew you had a screw loose.;)

Maybe not the nicest thing to say but this thread has cheered me up no end, I'm a superb physical specimen compared to loads of my fellow forumites.

Snap with the right heel !

Got a wrecked acl, pcl and cartilage in my left knee from an Mx injury in 2000. Up until this year I've had no issues but 9 holes yesterday and I had to hobble off with a knee in ice all day.

During last week I purchased a mini gym for home in the hope I can build some more muscle around the quads which should improve stability, if not its 6 months out and a complete acl rebuild

I have a lot of trouble with my knees (cut my career short) and back but there never getting better. The back stops me practicing my putting and chipping for as long as I would like, but I still don't try enough.

I damaged my wrist last year at work when someone kicked off, I struggle to grip the club properly and when the ground is hard it can be very painful.

I just need to man up and stop using excuses not to practice is the biggest thing really!
