whats the funniest thing you have seen on a golf course

The best one I can remember now was about five years ago in a frist team league match.

We were on the fifth tee which you have to walk back to so nearly everyone leaves their clubs about 80 yards down the fairway.

Me and my parner teed off fine and so did the first player of the other pair. Their second player then proceeded to top his tee shot (off a high tee with a big driver) so badly that it went 5 yards backwards, needless to say me and my partner at this point were already struggling to contain ourselves. So he walked back to his ball driver in hand as his clubs were now 85 yards away and did the exact same thing and ended up a further 5 yards further away. He picked the ball up at this point as we were on the floor, well thats what we think he did.

Not the done think but we had kept control of things until the second one.

I saw the guy last year in an event and we had a chat about it and he saw the funny side of it.

About 5 weeks ago I was walking down the 4th towards my ball, a crow looked at me then the ball and try to fly off with my srixon!!! He made it to the bushes but soon realised it was heavy with said golfer chasing so tried to hide the bugger! Not sure what got the bigger shock Tue crow or my body for trying to run!

Dragging Fragger out of a ditch was pretty funny.....

Also the time Fragger topped a shot - ball screaming 100 yards about 2ft off the ground. There's a crow 50 yards in front of him, directly in line. I swear to God, that crow ducked as the ball whistled over his head.

Playing at Walsall last year, a dog appeared on the 2nd fairway & ran off with my mates ball. The dog's owner appeared & my mate shouted "He's got my ball". The owner took the ball out of the dogs mouth & threw it back towards my mate. The dog thought he was throwing it for him to fetch so it became a race between my mate & the dog...they reached the ball at the same time resulting in the dog biting my mate's hand as he grabbed the ball....priceless
