whats happened to my game...??!!

im currently playing off a 16hc but my last 3 rounds have gone to pot.. thinning shots, driving has gone completely off the boil, i just cant seem to get anything right!! Yet i cant work out what i have changed as everything still feels the same!! The most frustrating thing is i know i can play well but past few rounds have been awful...

hi, no i haven`t got a video of my swing..

I have been suffering with tennis elbow past few weeks so im wondering if that has anything to do with it!!
