They are fitted with standard gold true tempered so looking at the project x or Kbps

I tried my cousin irons over the weekend which felt good, they were the project x flighted obes

Very expensive exercise for what you get out of it.

Better to replace (via Ebay etc) with same heads/different shafts imo. First you have to work out what shafts you need though. There's a set of X Tours w KBS X-stiff on Ebay which will almost certainly be lower flight - but probably not right either (too stiff).

I think you would be better to see a pro who can check your stats on a launch monitor before jumping in.

TT DG tend to launch low, but have higher spin than some others, so they can balloon a bit. PX and KBS are similar in respect of tending to launch a bit higher than TT DG but having lower spin so they have a flatter trajectory. PX flighted are a variation in which the shorter irons launch a bit lower and the longer irons a bit higher. There is also a new KBS called the C-taper which has a lower launch, less spin.

The solution to your issue may be more complicated than just switching shafts. You may have a swing issue which a lesson would fix, or may need stiffer or heavier shafts. A change of shafts may help, but don't jump in without an expert diagnosis based on having seen you swing and measured some stats for it.
