What are “Noodles” called in UK & where can I buy some?

I keep seeing these Noodles used as training aids on US YouTube videos. They appear to be a metre long, hollow (so they fit over alignment sticks) & made of foam.

I’ve googled “Noodles”. All I can find is Swimming Noodles, which are short & solid.

Do we have these things in UK? If so, what are they called & where are they sold?


Also, are there any cheap alternatives to Alignment sticks? They seem ridiculously expensive for what they are.

They're called "foam golf noodles" or just "golf noodles" sometimes. They're great for all sorts of drills. As for finding them in the UK, you might have better luck searching for "pool noodles" or "swim noodles" at local sports or toy stores. They're basically the same thing, just called differently.
